News from the Office of the Executive Director:
February, 2021
Dear colleagues and friends of the Fralin Biomedical Research Institute,

This week we seek your support in celebration of Virginia Tech's annual Giving Day, which ends at noon today.

Our researchers, staff, and students bring their passion and knowledge to work every day to address some of the most pressing challenges facing human health right now - including the pandemic.

Gifts of all sizes - even $5 - make an impact and help the research institute accelerate the pace of new discoveries to help patients with cancer, neurological and behavioral disorders, heart disease, and rare genetic disorders.

Your support fast-tracks our progress and allows us to invest in the most advanced instrumentation and recruit world-class researchers to join our growing team of innovative biomedical scientists at the Fralin Biomedical Research Institute at VTC.

Here's how you can help: Thank you for your continued support and interest in the research institute!

In the spirit of Ut Prosim,

Michael J. Friedlander, Ph.D.

Executive Director, Fralin Biomedical Research Institute at VTC
Vice President for Health Sciences and Technology, Virginia Tech
