Dr. Drape’s research is focused on program evaluation & evaluation capacity building, AI in biometrics, community viability, agriculture, and education. Project management and program evaluation experience with federally funded projects including NSF, USDA, NIH, ARC, and other state and regional agencies.

Dr. Drape is invested in mentoring undergraduate researchers to encourage their interests and guide them through the research process. Undergraduate researchers have investigated a variety of topics in the context of community viability and agriculture.

Dr. Drape is developing her extension and outreach plan in the context of agriculture, leadership, and community education.
