Kelly Woolwine

Kelly Woolwine is an entrepreneur, business owner, consultant, and coach specializing in developing operational leadership designed to harness the potential of individuals to an end of high-level team success. He is the current CEO and co-founder of EvolutionHR, a staffing, recruiting, placement and consulting company. In addition, as owner of Frontier Consulting, he currently works as a leadership, HR and operational consultant.

Woolwine provides a unique way of converting abstract concepts such as culture, human potential, leadership and communication to very technical processes. He specializes in organizations of high-employee count where peoples’ communication, performance and potential are the most valuable asset. He helps organizations identify and utilize more details relevant to developing individual and team potential.

He co-founded Atlantic Credit & Finance Inc. in June 1996. With Woolwine serving as President and COO, from 1996 to 2014, Atlantic Credit pioneered the industry of receivables management, eventually becoming a national organization with a vast outsource network and over 700 employees at its peak. In an industry with traditionally high turnover and volatility, through innovative leadership and human resource management techniques Atlantic achieved industry best in performance, employee retention, compliance, operational efficiency and profit.

Woolwine is also founder and president of the LifeRing Foundation, a public charity dedicated to improving the lives of those in the Roanoke Valley and surrounding region. The areas of focus for the foundation are neo-natal health care, development of youth, early literacy, and general assistance of those in the region with pressing need.

Woolwine is a graduate of the Class of 1990 at Virginia Tech. He is a passionate supporter of Virginia Tech in academics and athletics.
