Ray Mills, Ph.D.

Ray Mills served as an investor for 27 years at T. Rowe Price – a publicly owned, global investment management firm. He managed the $50 billion T. Rowe Price International Core Equity Strategy, including the T. Rowe Price Overseas Stock Fund.  Mills served on the investment advisory committees of several other T. Rowe Price funds and was a member of the firm’s international equity steering committee.  He is a CFA charter holder.

Prior to his position at T. Rowe Price, he worked in the aerospace industry, including serving as a principal systems engineer on large space systems at The Analytic Sciences Corporation.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in honors in aerospace and ocean engineering from Virginia Tech. Mills earned his master’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. from Stanford University, both in aeronautical and astronautical engineering.
